• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preventa Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam.
