    Frequently asked questions

The questions HR and executive teams ask us before signing.

What happens to the data - is this GDPR-compliant?+

Yes. We act as GDPR processor, host exclusively within the EU, and the employer only ever receives an anonymised cohort report. Individual results go only to the employee and (on referral) their GP.

What does it cost per employee?+

€175 per employee. We don't stack "optional" pricing items to appear cheap, we don't charge you for lifestyle questions. No hidden fees for equipment and physician review. Volume discounts apply. Final quote confirmed after the intake call.

How long does the screening take per employee?+

About 15 minutes on-site. Home blood pressure readings (ESC protocol) are collected beforehand via a short app instruction.

Does the employer see individual medical results?+

No, never. It is legally prohibited and unnecessary. HR receives aggregated risk profiles to steer prevention policy.

What if an employee doesn't want to participate?+

Participation is always voluntary. We communicate this explicitly in the invitation and honour opt-outs during intake.

How is this different from our occupational health service (arbodienst) or a standard PMO?+

An arbodienst focuses on absenteeism and working conditions. A standard PMO usually measures visible functions (vision, hearing, lungs). Preventa clinically screens for the six silent cardiometabolic conditions that give no early warning, precisely what EU Safe Hearts (2025) mandates.
